It's finally halloween!!!! the day my kids talked about for the entire month! The weather turned out great! Daybreak is pretty amazing at Halloween. Of course Suzy and Matt are the coolest and do the BBQ for everyone! There is also a girl that dresses up like a witch and throws candy at the kids, a frankenstein, and the most legit haunted house. Seriously it must have taken them months to set it up and it took a good 20 minutes to walk through and was really creepy and creative! Stockton wouldn't come with me so it was just Kaylee and I and I had to hold her the entire time.
The one that is awesome now versus in the past is that the kids had a blast! Halloween was actually fun! They loved passing out candy just as much as they loved trick or treating. I used to be stressed out keeping them up late because they would be so ornery the next day but they are definitely getting better with age! They are so fun right now (and sometimes crazy) and holidays are the best! There's always something for them to look forward to.
