literally soaking up summer

LABOR DAY WEEKEND!

Soaking up the last bit of summer...

COWABUNGA BAY WITH DADDY

Stockton is getting more brave with swimming and slides and Mckaylee has always been brave so it was fun to have dad with us so that she could go down slides.

 pool day....It was the last day the pool was open in Daybreak and there weren't very many people there.  Kids are sometimes great at the pool and sometimes are done after 5 minutes but this time they had so much fun and we stayed for quite awhile!  Kids "watered" the plants, showed up their dance moves, & swam like fishes.  So so sad the pool days are over!

STAYCATION CONTINUES... Went up millcreek canyon and roasted mallows with some of my friends and their families.  Mckaylee was a little on edge and so we honestly didn't last way long but it was still way fun to be up in the mountains and eat my favorite treat!

On Sunday we headed up to Midway to do a campout with cousins at grandma mumzy's house.  Our grandiouse plan got cut short because of bad weather and rain and a flood in their basement.  Kids were pretty sad that they didn't get a chance to sleep in a tent but they were ok once we told them they could each rent a movie and sleep on our bed with a big popcorn party.  

Labor day...tay headed up golfing so me and the kiddos headed to Chik Fila!  I love this crew :) they can be so stinking cute!!

Later that day we literally went to the splash pool for the last time that we could for this year.  So glad the kids had so much fun and we were able to soak up every last minute of pool time that we could.  

So so sad to say goodbye to summer and pool time!  Such a fun thing to do with the kids and for the most part they loved it!
